You may remember Janice and Kelvin from the their engagement session I did with them at UC Davis. They recently got married in their church in Vallejo, Ca. Afterwards we headed to Oakland where their reception was held and we took some portraits at Lake Merritt. Here are some of my favorites from the day:

Nicole+Logan | Wedding | Canyon View Dining Hall | San Ramon, Ca
This wedding was particularly interesting to me because Nicole is Filipino and Logan is Laotian. I happen to also be Laotian and my girlfriend is Filipino. I was very curious to see how the wedding would turn out with the two cultures. It was definitely a lively crowd with a bridal party of 40 people. Nicole and Logan definitely have many close friends and family, all of which made their wedding that much more rewarding for the couple. Special thank you to my 2nd shooter Rob Her for coming out to help me with this one.
Location: Castlewood Country Club
Reception: Canyon View Dining Hall

LINDSAY + LAWRENCE | Wedding | Wayfarers Chapel in Palos Verdes
They got married in a glass church! How cool is that? This was my frist time at the Wayfarers Chapel in Palos Verdes. I was amazed at how beautiful it was. I love shooting in Palos Verdes. Lindsay is from SoCal and Lawrence is from New York. Pretty awesome to see how different people are from each coast. You know Lawrence is rockin that NY accent. “How you doin?!?” I was helping my friend Jason Q Tran at this awesome wedding. Thanks for having me out Q!
