Recently, I was privileged to shoot Ines and Andrew’s engagement photos. The location? Pismo Beach, CA. Ines, a Bakersfield native, used to spend time in the Central Coast when she was younger so it was only appropriate to share her old stomping grounds with the one she loves. The unpredictable weather of the weekend brought us rain in the middle of the engagement session. But the rain was a blessing in disguise allowing me to capture Ines and Andrew enjoy their time in the rain. I’m excited to have this positive and fun-loving couple be a part of my line up of awesome weddings next year. Here are some of my favorites from the Pismo Beach engagement session:

The International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers (IPWP) Fall 2011 contest results are out. I’m pleased to have a few of my images place top 20 in this international wedding photo contest. This is my first time submitting to ISPWP, so I’m looking forward to working harder to get some more kick ass images for my future wedding couples.

After almost eleven years Samuel and Hanh are finally married ! This is a very special wedding for me because Sam is my cousin and he has been a great help in assisting me all year with all my weddings. This day was finally his day. I had a blast celebrating with Sam and Hanh in Lodi with all their relatives and good friends. Special thank you to Katherine Riberal for doing an amazing job with the lighting and Marie DeLeon for coming out to help. Here are a few of my favorite frames from the day.

We set up this booth for the guest to just go crazy. It was awesome.
